Shipping
Our turnaround time is 3-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

Delivery Times:
1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries
3 to 5 working days for Europe
7 to 10 for the rest of the world

All orders are shipped via our courier DPD, this is a UK next working day delivery service. All packages are insured and trackable to a one-hour delivery window, which you will be made aware of from DPD via email or text.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns 
We respect that you may occasionally need to return an item and offer a full refund or exchange on all items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 26690, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Dorset, BH16 6FH, United Kingdom

Refunds or exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of the product being received.

Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
